A global energy company is recruiting a talented sales professional as their Director of Sales and Marketing.Responsibilities:
* Develop new strategies, tactics, and plans for the future growth of the company's independent consultant and customer base
* Define and analyze reports based on facts, performance, and KPIs to be presented before executive management
* Effectively communicate and present creative and innovative value proposals regarding the enhancement of business, tools, and communications for executive approval
* Ensure all independent consultants are educated with the company's internal policy
* Travel to various markets to attend and/or conduct business presentation, trainings, seminars, and events
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in business or other related discipline
* 8-10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years' sales or account management experience
* Previous experience in a sales director role or managing a sales team
* Previous experience in sales, network marketing, or compliance is a plus
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Japanese
