The ideal applicant has strong Excel proficiency and the ability to work closely with business partners, advise internal stakeholders on the recruitment market, and plan and execute recruitment fairs. This position is also responsible for end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for all hiring.

Work closely with business partners, advise internal stakeholders on the recruitment market, and plan and execute recruitment fairs.Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for all hiring (perm, temp, contract, intern) within the Japan entity
* Negotiate with and evaluate vendors while driving them to perform at their maximum capacity
* Work closely with business partners, understanding each team's needs, and provide talent sourcing solutions
* Advise internal stakeholders on the recruitment market, and provide suitable recruitment solutions
* Map out the market utilizing vendors and other sources available
* Coordinate recruitment activities, such as sourcing, resume filtering, interviewing, tracking hiring status, etc.
Requirements:
* Interviewing experience a plus
* Ability to deliver under pressure
* Detail-oriented
* Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
* Fluent Japanese and basic written and spoken English communication skills
* Strong Excel proficiency
