A global energy company is searching for an experienced professional with a strong entrepreneurial mind-set to join them as the Finance Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead analytical and project support for assets and companies owned in Japan
* Develop forecasting models, sensitivity analyses; prepare monthly/quarterly/annual budgeting and projections
* Support investment team and CFO in monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to investors
* Work with external partners to monitor existing assets; evaluate opportunities and strategies
* Assist with fundraising, develop presentations, and support corporate development
Requirements:
* Bachelor's from leading international and domestic institutions; MBA and/or CPA a plus
* 3-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role in an international company
* Clear understanding of accounting and bookkeeping basics
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, IRR calculation, and database functions
