【1000万円～1500万円】Communications Director/コミュニケーションズディレクターResponsibilities:
* Work with local business leaders to define short and long term communications strategies; understand the strategic direction of the business and drive business solutions
* Develop communications policies and programs that are in line with corporate image and identify in the marketplace according to global and regional standards
* Establish and direct the organization's communication activities and operation procedures to ensure the best possible image be projected externally and internally
* Develop, direct and control the annual communication planning process with business unit leaders in line with the strategic plan; monitor performance against projections and make appropriate actions as necessary
* Work with senior management to prioritize resources for effective and efficient communication programs for the business
* Develop and direct marketing communications programs including advertising, direct mail, sponsorship, websites and direct media relations activities in responsible areas/units
Requirements:
* University degree in communications/PR/Marketing (MBA desirable)
* 10-15 years' communication/public relations/marketing work experience in multinational companies
* Previous working experience in FMCG (marketing/sales) or research related industries desired
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
