In this role, you will lead HR processes and initiatives for a leading global organization.Responsibilities:
* Take the lead for all HR related topics in the company's life science business; partner with business leaders in Japan and functions to translate business requirements into HR processes and systems that deliver business results; utilize HR expertise to address business needs
* Deliver key HR processes such as talent management, performance management, change management, workforce planning, recruitment planning, etc.
* Provide consultative organizational development to drive organizational effectiveness and identify organizational issues/misalignments that are affecting business operations and results
* Leverage available CoE design/conceptual expertise and the HR services unit for solutions provided to the business; work with CoEs to input business requirements and validate conceptual designs via strong stakeholder management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' successful experience in similar role with successful demonstration of the key responsibilities above
* A proven ability to prioritize rapidly; strong problem solving and analysis skills
* Business awareness; a good understanding of relevant business and legal issues as well as strong written and oral communication
