In this position, you will implement country wide policies and recruitment strategies to ensure that staff reach their full potential in a supportive workplace.

You will implement country wide policies and recruitment strategies to ensure that staff reach their full potential in a supportive workplace.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies for talent at all levels with within the local organization
* Develop and implement country people policies as required to manage staff expectations and provide return on investment through measurable activities
* Advise the country manager and department head with succession planning by identifying potential and high performance employees
* Advocate and visibly apply the culture of leading high performance teams and individuals
* Prepare annual staff budgets and manage the annual remuneration review process ensuring transparency and fairness
* Research, develop and implement best people practices and programmes to support company business objectives as well as local operational and development needs
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in human resource management or a similar role
* Active working knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to people management practices
* Practical experience leading dedicated and high performing teams
* Experience in people management practices and models, e.g. MBTI, business partnering and performance management
