A widely recognized international luxury brand is searching for an experienced HR professional with experience in compensation analysis.Responsibilities:
* Conduct internal and external job analysis and job pricing, conduct job evaluations, participate in and analyse market pay and practices surveys and administer compensation programs
* Manage HRIS, including but not limited to eComp, ePMP, BSA and other talent management systems
* Manage HC and labour cost planning and control; prepare HC reports and monitor budget for the organization
* Oversee outsourced payroll and social insurance processes
* Ensure that working regulations, guidelines and employment contracts align with Japanese labour laws
Requirements:
* University degree
* 5-7 years' related HR experience, 3+ years' compensation analysis experience
* Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding payroll, taxation and social insurance
* Strong analytical skills for system and process redesign
* Good command of English; ability to correspond with global teams
