As the Chief Engineer, you will manage the execution of electronic engineering products for a specific JOEM business.Responsibilities:
* Manage all engineering execution (quality, cost, development, delivery, management) related to a specific JOEM business
* Strengthen and expand the JOEM engineering team
* Manage the engineering budget for a specific JOEM business and drive budget quotations
* Provide engineering change management for specific JOEM programs
Requirements:
* 15+ years' electronic engineering experience, including 5+ years' as a manager
* 5+ years' automotive engineering experience
* Strong leadership and communications skills
* Customer facing experience
* Japanese and English communication skills (TOEIC 800+)
