An international manufacturer of household products is currently seeking a skilled recruitment professional.Responsibilities:
* Develop a recruitment strategy that may include job posting optimization, marketing channel development, digital and non-digital employment marketing and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning
* Work alongside the head of HR and the HR manager to ensure business alignment and workforce plans are in place; perform sourcing to fill current open positions; actively engage in the identification of future talent needs and proactively source/develop talent pools
* Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle including initial assessments, interviews and offers
* Develop and execute comprehensive long term strategies in branding, marketing and sourcing designed to attract key talent
* Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers on process, policies and programs that support talent acquisition efforts
* Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in a recruitment capacity
* Volume hiring experience in the retail industry
* Experience managing the operational aspects of recruitment in policies, processes and tools
* Technical understanding of HR systems and an interest in technology
