The company is looking for an individual with 3-5 years' AV industry experience and strong time management skills with the ability to create and manage project schedules, functioning as the focal point for internal and external project communication and documentation.

The company is looking for an individual with 3-5 years' AV industry experience who is fully bilingual.Responsibilities:
* Facilitate internal project kick-off meetings that include key participants from the company
* Coordinate all in-house activities associated with project execution, including but not limited to submittals, engineering, fabrication and installation, programming, testing, and troubleshooting
* Coordinate activities with the client, general contractor, construction manager, and other trades as required
* Provide regular reports to all stakeholders
* Proactively manage the change order process
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' AV industry experience
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* A background in project management or a technical field
* Native level or near-native level Japanese and English language skills
* CTS (Certified Technical Specialist) preferred but not required
