A large global manufacturer is searching for a skilled HR professional to join them as the Learning and Training Manager.Responsibilities:
* Identify training needs; determine project costs/benefits
* Review and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
* Conduct training in a professional manner to establish training standards and procedures; ensure effective follow up with participants
* Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy; drive key HR processes in the business
* Consult and coach business leaders on employee issues; provide insight into the HRM function that can lead to developing/strengthening effective business teams
Requirements:
* 5+ years' relevant HR experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; relationship building ability
* An international mindset and prior experience with a training and development role
* Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel in particular)
* Fluent English
