An industrial manufacturer is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as Regional Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Identify sales leads and convert them to sustainable sales
* Initiate and improve customer relations
* Provide customers with technical expertise
* Drive customer-oriented activities (e.g., marketing, promotions, and claim handling)
* Team up with Application, business engineers, and/or customer support to finalize customer orders
* Produce forecasts on requests and in accordance with guidelines from the manage, and develop annual sales budget
Requirements:
* A university degree in engineering (mechanical, thermal, chemical, etc.; "Ko-sen" is acceptable)
* 5+ years' experience working in sales and/or marketing components or systems to OEM companies with a sales size of $2-3 million a year
* A proven record of driving new business creation and contributing to substantial sales growth
* A valid driver's license
* Native level Japanese; English proficiency (TOEIC 750+)
