A leading global gaming company is searching for a local industry professional to join them as the Mobile Publishing Director.Responsibilities:
* Manage P&L for the country, revenue, margin and responsibility profit
* Define the sales and marketing strategy together with the sales director and marketing manager
* Achieve fiscal targets, measured by net revenue
* Manage the annual planning process; provide monthly updates of Opex with FP&A
* Ensure minimum of 70% visibility on channel inventory and sales on title to ensure compliance with revenue recognition policy; enable good channel management
* Act as the company representative at local events
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of the key success factors of mobile games/mobile publishing in Japan
* Hands-on experience launching, marketing and servicing mobile games in Japan, preferably a top 10 game
* Experience based understanding of the Japanese mobile marketing and its users
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Native level Japanese; business English
