A domestic energy company is hiring a Loan Compliance Officer to handle wide-ranging tasks.Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with all loan requirements and covenants
* Develop and implement robust processes for loan compliance
* Prepare, review, and submit required documentation and reports to banks
* Manage bank relationships
* Maintain bank financial models and liquidity plans; forecast cash extractions
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience, ideally within a renewable, construction, utility, or industrial company or similar industry, engaged in large scale capital construction projects that include long-term project financing
* Proven experience and understanding of project financing and related financial responsibilities
* Multinational experience and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse regions and cultures, including virtual teams
* Excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
* Degree qualification in a related field
* Native or business level Japanese; excellent written and verbal English skills
