A leading international sales group is searching for a talented operations professional.Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple complex operational processes
* Act as a project manager for complex medium to large projects
* Manage highly complex business sensitive deliverables; interpret complex analyses and reports and make recommendations and/or decisions on moderately complex issues
* Provide expert direction and guidance for process improvement and policy establishment
* Provide leadership and training on specific processes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 10+ years' related experience, preferably in business operation, finance or project management
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong financial and business acumen
* Superior communication skills; mastery of English and Japanese
