- Reporting to the Country President at this global sports & hospitality group, the successful Head of Finance will be responsible for assisting with finance team management, reviewing monthly management accounts, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external auditors.

The successful Head of Finance will be responsible for assisting with finance team management.Responsibilities:
* Assist the country president with management of the finance team
* Prepare management accounts, budgeting, forecasting of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow
* Conduct sales and incentive reporting
* Recruit, train, and supervise finance team
* Provide commercial decision support including pricing support, event profitability analysis, and scenario modelling
Requirements:
* Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the business
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Familiarity with accounting, payroll, finance, reporting procedures
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent leadership skills
