A consumer electronics company is looking for a skilled professional to join them in an Assistant Sales Manager role.Responsibilities:
* Take the lead in the product identification process, participating in regular global information exchange on market intelligence, technology trends, and market needs
* Serve as the 'voice of the customer,' ensuring customer requirements are well integrated into the product portfolio
* Collaborate with the demand planning and supply operation teams on volume forecasting, supply allocation, and activity related to inventory management
* Work with the sales team to determine which products to bring to regions and countries
* Work with key stakeholders in the regional product launch process by providing product availability information from the operations team to channel marketing and sales
Requirements:
* A BA or above in marketing or a related discipline; a qualification in engineering or electronics engineering advantageous; MBA or master's preferred
* A minimum of 7 years' marketing experience selling into enterprises and/or system integrators; experience in the professional audio or audiovisual industry is desirable
* A strategic thinker with the ability to plan from conception to execution
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred
* Computer literate - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience with SAP advantageous
* Willingness to travel
