A global chemical company is seeking an experienced professional who has 8-10 years' sales team management experience to join their team.Responsibilities:
* Lead the Japan team in the development and execution of business plans, with P&L responsibility
* Ensure proper account oversight for global accounts headquartered in Japan
* Ensure compliance with business rules and payment terms
* Drive commercial policies
* Directly mange sales activities
Requirements:
* Experience in sales and sales management plus in-depth understanding of key commercial elements such as strategy setting, marketing, product positioning, and pricing policies
* Business acumen
* Commercial leadership
* A global business mindset
* A BA/university degree in business, marketing, or science
* 8-10 years' sales team management experience
* Fluent in business English communication
