- A global manufacturer is looking for an experienced Finance Controlling Manager to join its team and proactively lead the budget and forecast process for 4 legal entities and 6 business groups. This role is also responsible for assisting local management and business leaders to understand financial KPIs and targets.

A global manufacturer is looking for an experienced Finance Controlling Manager to join its team and proactively lead the budget process.Responsibilities:
* Budgeting and rolling forecast, 3 times/year
* Monthly closing
* Ad-hoc projects - support the CFO in creating business review presentation deck, lead business groups in Japan
* Business controlling - oversee the company expenditure and make recommendations and suggestions
Requirements:
* A BA in finance or accounting
* Understanding and background in IFRS, J GAAP
* USCPA preferred
* Business level English proficiency
* Strong communication skills
* 5-10 years in finance planning
* 10+ years of hands-on monthly closing experience is a plus
