募集背景
An outstanding Engineering Manager role has arisen at a global automotive business. The successful candidate will manage the application team and activity for brake control while developing use of approved procedures and methods. To be considered for this role you should have a BS in electrical engineering plus 5 years of combined experience in automotive product development.
仕事内容
To be considered for this role you should have a BS in electrical engineering plus 5 years of combined experience in automotive product development.
Responsibilities:

* Manage ECU application team for brake control ECU
* Plan and schedule resources needed to achieve project goals
* Develop and ensure use of approved procedures and methods
* Track metrics for development
* Work with other regional/application managers and global ECU managers to ensure the successful integration of brake ECU methods

Requirements:

* A BS in electrical engineering
* 5+ years of combined experience in automotive engineering leadership or equivalent
* 10+ years total experience in automotive product development
