- A multinational manufacturing company is seeking an experienced sales professional to fill an IT Radiography Sales Manager role. The candidate selected for this position will utilize his/her extensive oil & gas industry knowledge and Japanese/English bilingual communication skills to communicate customer needs and grow radiography related sales & marketing activities in Japan.

The candidate selected for this position will utilize extensive oil & gas industry knowledge and Japanese/English bilingual communication skills.Responsibilities:
* Deliver on all internal targets such as amount of opportunity generate
* Submit bids, make clarifications, negotiate price, commercial terms and conditions, and close the contract deals within sales target period
* Actively drive various growth initiative plans to develop
* Provide input and report to management on market trends, competitor activities, as well as product features and functions
* Prepare and provide accurate forecasts of future orders, sales, and upcoming projects
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in non-destructive test business or industry
* Working knowledge of non-destructive testing, including conventional X-ray and digital X-ray
* Experience creating and implementing successful sales and business development plans that clearly define opportunities, goals, and objectives within a multi product sector
* Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills with outstanding commercial awareness
* Must display the presence and maturity to influence and win the confidence of both customers and colleagues
