An international automotive component manufacturer is searching for a skilled professional with automotive hardware/software knowledge.Responsibilities:
* Act as the main technical contact for a range of products; contribute to product specification definitions based on customer need
* Act as the main point of contact for the customer for 1st level technical support including product and process items
* Put in place a contact network within the customer's organization
* Contribute to test plan definition and test validations performed at customer premises
* Keep regular contact between the customer and project teams
Requirements:
* Degree in electronics, computer science or similar
* Good knowledge of hardware/software in the automotive industry; alternatively, good knowledge of wireless technology
* A customer oriented approach
* Analysis and synthesis skills
* Strong Japanese and English (reading, writing and speaking) skills
