A multinational mass media organization is searching for a talented candidate with experience in IT network infrastructure.Responsibilities:
* Monitor performance, fault management and maintain the production network
* Manage products and support hands-on hardware/software for implementing changes in the network
* Ensure requests and updates are logged using the company's proprietary ticketing and network management systems
Requirements:
* Experience in information technology, networking and servers that form network infrastructure
* Strong communication skills and an ability to remain calm under pressure
* Practical working knowledge of TCP/IP and IP routing
* Experience supporting the following protocols: OSPF/RIP/BGP/MPLS
* Proficiency in building edge router configurations using Cisco or Juniper hardware
* Ability to communicate effectively in English and Japanese
