* Manage a total of 10 sales personnel
* Develop, coach, and set performance expectations
* Develop and maintain high level contacts with key accounts
* Demonstrate broad product knowledge
* Report directly to the general manager
* Sell price increases or product changes
Requirements:
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* A sense of urgency
* Ability to balance strategic and tactical thinking
* A skilled problem-solver
* English and Japanese fluency
* Experience working for a public (listed) company
