As the Finance Director, the successful candidate will develop a finance team and lead financial reporting and budget processes for the APAC region.Responsibilities:
* Define the structure of the supply chain finance team to achieve the short and long term strategy of the organization including resource planning and the management of goals
* Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the management of supply chain performance
* Manage financial closing, year-end audit and tax submission and any other statutory requirements including internal and external audit processes
* Lead the budget and performance reporting process for the APAC regional supply chain
* Provide sound financial and quantitative analysis to supply chain management for business decisions and strategic proposals
Requirements:
* 10+ years' professional experience
* Willingness to travel for business as required
* ACCA, CPA certifications
* Proficiency in Japanese and English
