The successful applicant will have substantial work experience in sales and key account management. Leveraging your broad knowledge, you will identify and develop new sales opportunities, assess customer needs, and foster the pipeline of initiatives.

The successful applicant will have substantial work experience in sales and key account management.Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities, assess customer needs, and propose business development plan
* Maintain long-term customer relationships and penetrate the customer organization
* Coordinate all key account regional activities
* Support both global innovation programs and product optimization
* Produce accurate opportunity lists and forecasts
Requirements:
* A minimum of 20 years' work experience in sales and key account management, marketing in the chemical, polymers, plastics industry
* Project management experience
* A bachelor's degree in science plus chemical/polymer knowledge
* Accustomed to working in a multinational environment with European, U.S., i.e., international colleagues
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Strong English communication skills
