* Recruit, develop, enable, and engage partners
* Develop reseller partner recruitment plan
* Develop partner business plan through joint planning to target new buyers and new influencers, along with sales target setting
* Ensure partner readiness by developing a plan to build partner marketing, sales, integration, and support capabilities
* Build new customer and partner ecosystems
* Establish high partner satisfaction
Requirements:
* Audio/visual and hardware sales, integration, and collaboration experience
* Strong reseller partner experience
* Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
* Business development experience
* Deep understanding of the current AV, communication, and collaboration markets
