A challenging career opportunity has arisen at a leading technology company.Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership in negotiations and planning of major contracts and business opportunities
* Maintain contact with key customer groups, government bodies, and industry associations
* Develop market strategy to grow and expand the Japan market, including measurable targets, both short- and mid-term
* Contribute to the strategic marketing plan, new product development plan, and mid- and long-range plans
* Implement strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring clear alignment globally and locally
Requirements:
* A bachelor of business/commerce or higher; MBA preferred
* B2B sales management experience
* Leadership and people management experience
* Ability to rollout solution selling strategy
* Strong communication skills in English and Japanese; any other Asian language skills advantageous
