- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful Account Manager will join a global software vendor and take on a variety of projects and responsibilities including selling software products and services, providing sales mentoring and coaching, and leveraging global and local partnerships that can positively influence the purchase of products and services.

Join a global software vendor and take on a variety of projects and responsibilities including selling software products and services.Responsibilities:
* Sell software products and services by calling on existing and prospective customers in the defined territory
* Build and execute account plans, incorporating fundamental enterprise software sales strategies to deliver accurate sales forecasts
* Expedite resolution of key customer complaints and problems
* Leverage global and local partner relationships
* Use available internal resources available in marketing, tech support, and sales support effectively to meet individual sales goals
* Develop and maintain sufficient knowledge of the industries, trends, and issues, to effectively align and apply the company's technologies to meet customer's business goals
Requirements:
* Ability to speak to all levels of the organization
* Relevant direct sales experience with a track record of success
* Excellent communication skills; written and oral Japanese and English proficiency
* Ability to build and execute a territory plan
* Ability to foster teamwork and establish a clear shared vision
