- A global financial services company is searching for an experienced professional to join them in an Integrated Marketing Senior Manager role. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual (J/E) and have excellent brand development capabilities. Chief duties for this role will focus on handling B2C marketing for company securities, new account acquisition & activation, and overall brand development of the company in Japan.

The candidate will focus on handling B2C marketing for company securities, new account acquisition & activation, and overall brand development.Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute marketing activities for the Mass Affluent & High-Net-Worth (HNW) segments including their families, and optimise customer touch points to deliver a superior customer experience
* Develop compelling personal investment marketing solutions to attract new and existing clients
* Develop new account acquisition programs to increase target segments via online and offline advertisements, referral programs, and other new marketing sources
* Leverage marketing capabilities of the company in Japan and other regions, utilizing the company's global expertise
* Work with agency and vendor partners to ensure high quality cost effective vendor support is delivered
Requirements:
* A financial services professional with over 10 years' experience in retail/consumer marketing and/or retail business development managing both online and offline channels
* Knowledge and experience with target segment marketing in terms of new account acquisition and retention
* Social media marketing capabilities
* Bilingual English and Japanese
* Strong leadership skills
* License of Representative of Public Securities Examination for Japan Securities Dealers Association
