The successful candidate will have familiarity with asset securitization and strong communication skills to expertly perform in this role. Primary duties involve legal compliance matters as well as planning for in-house governance.

The successful candidate will have familiarity with asset securitization and strong communication skills to expertly perform in this role.Responsibilities:
* Perform legal compliance work, particularly work related to the securitization of assets using TMK (tokutei mokuteki kaisha), e.g., contract preparation, review, construction of scheme
* Perform financial product transactions (Type II, financial instruments business, investment advice)
* Plan for in-house governance
Requirements:
* Familiarity with asset securitization business using SPC
* Logical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage small teams
* A bachelor's degree
* Experience in real estate and investment management is advantageous, as is prior legal experience
* Business level English preferred
