- A multinational financial services group is searching for a legal professional with a background in financial services. As Legal Counsel, you will act as a point of contact for legal issues, working within both a local and global team.

A multinational financial services group is searching for a legal professional with a background in financial services.Responsibilities:
* Review, negotiate and draft asset management agreements
* Support all businesses in the group including a trust bank, securities company and commercial bank branch
* Provide advice and research regarding legal issues, particularly with respect to the trust and outsourcing business undertaken by the trust bank but also with respect to other legal issues
* Liaise with legal and other departments at the overseas head office
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' law firm experience in Japan
* Asset management background is preferred
* In-house experience with a financial services firm
* Experience with derivatives documentation (e.g. ISDA, CSA, etc.) is desirable
* Native level Japanese; intermediate or higher English skills preferred
