A leading international IT consultancy is searching for a sales expert to take a leadership role in their business as the Country Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop the marketing strategy and promotion plan for cloud and virtualization testing solutions
* Work with the sales team and channel partners to make specific solution proposals for potential customers
* Provide technical demonstrations, presentations and training for the sales team, channel partners and key customers
* Work as part of the sales team to tailor solutions and services to customers as required, helping meet sales objectives
* Effectively work with internal/external teams to identify and qualify customer requirements; communicate these requirements/feature requests to product marketing
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or experience in a relevant area (EE, CS, etc.); MBA preferred
* 15+ years' sales experience with 7+ years' in a senior leadership or coaching role, developing and supporting country wide sales professionals
* A proven record of driving profitable sales growth over an extended period in a complex and fast-moving IT/telecom B2B solution sales environment
* Experience selling to fixed and mobile service providers, network equipment and device manufacturers and cloud service providers
* Willingness and ability to travel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Japanese skill preferred
