A leading international cosmetics company is searching for an individual with legal experience in a corporate environment.Responsibilities:
* Give accurate and timely counsel to management regarding a variety of legal topics
* Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents related to research activities (CDA, MTA/Evaluation, RCA, Clinical, Development, Research Service, etc.) to ensure the company's full legal rights
* Coordinate and manage the implementation of the group's legal policy
* Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of contract law
* 5-7 years' experience in a large, multinational corporate environment
* Strong initiative and excellent management, teamwork and problem solving skills
* Fluent English and outstanding communication skills
