A leading international financial group is searching for a talented security and regulatory professional.Responsibilities:
* Manage, lead and oversee the compliance team
* Meet regulatory inspection requirements as an overall coordinator
* Ensure the effective identification, measurement, control and management of compliance and risk both locally and globally across the company
* Manage the development, implementation, review and revision of compliance risk management programs, policies, procedures and systems
* Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies, internal/external advisors and other internal control groups on compliance/risk related issues in an assigned area of responsibility
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
* 5+ years' experience with security regulatory inspections; experience in a Japanese securities regulatory environment
* Good working knowledge of local business conduct and regulatory requirements relating to securities firms
* Strong interpersonal, communication, project management and leadership skills
* Regulatory registration skills and experience
