- A global telecommunications company is recruiting an Operations Center Engineer to join its team and, reporting to the Manager of the Operations Center, handle email and phone communication, monitor case handling, and escalate issues as required.

This position oversees all platform and network managed hosting customers and co-location customers & supports customers' systems and services.Responsibilities:
* Oversee all platform and network managed hosting customers and co-location customers
* Support customers' systems and services
* Operate as a Tier 1 and 2 support, handling all email and phone call communication in Japanese and English
* Monitor case handling/change management/incident management
* Work with customers to resolve issues
Requirements:
* Native level Japanese
* Business level English (TOEIC certificate preferred)
* Understanding of basic network
* Understanding of Unix and Linux, Windows 2003, 2008 and/or 2012
* Strong negotiation skills
* Report writing skills
