- A global luxury group is hiring a VIP Client Development Manager, a role suitable for a self-motivated candidate with excellent personal presentation and experience in client relationship management. Primary responsibilities include planning and executing VIP loyalty strategy, maximizing the local client acquisition, and strengthening client relations in Japan.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor and report on regional events, group appointments and networking, and evaluate effectiveness of strategy and approach
* Plan and implement bespoke overseas events for selected VIPs
* Provide specific cultural experience to improve presence as high jewellery reference in terms of creation, image and service quality
* Identify methods of generating new business and proactively network to develop the market
* Build local relationships with external business partners to recruit new elites
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' VIP management experience; a minimum of 3 years' corporate business experience
* Strong understanding in CRM strategy and retail activities development and execution
* Experience in event planning, networking, and building relationships through external business partners
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese
* Comfortable dealing with a wide range of partners including the VVIPs, HQ, service suppliers and colleagues at all levels
