- A multinational marketing services provider is searching for a professional with experience in client facing roles. As an Account Manager, you will ensure that key clients are provided with high quality services to meet their specifications.

Responsibilities:
* Provide technical input and advice on print projects as required
* Take briefs from the client including full specification details as well as deadline dates; manage from start to finish
* Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge
* Monitor projects to ensure that they are delivered to specifications and on time
* Maintain a full understanding of a broad range of services; work closely with internal departments to provide the client with digital services
* Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting
Requirements:
* Experience in a client facing role
* Account management experience in a contracted environment to strict SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
* Numeracy skills and strong commercial understanding
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
