- A multinational automotive component manufacturer is searching for a talented sales and marketing professional with a history in the automotive industry to join them as a Sales Engineer. In this role, you will guide engineering projects related to off-highway applications in order to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
* Develop new Japanese OEM accounts in order to introduce a new product range
* Qualify technical matters; support sales support with incoming orders
* Offer thorough advice for all off-highway related application engineering and technical matters; satisfy the expectations of trailer customers
* Guide application engineering projects to ensure WABCO and MICO specifications and standards are maintained
* Maintain close contact with product marketing teams to keep personal skills and product knowledge updated
* Build up customer relationships and customer loyalty
Requirements:
* Sales and marketing background in vehicle dynamic & transmission control systems either in a Tier 1 supplier or in OEMs
* Business development skills
* Technical knowledge and a background related to off-highway; hydraulic control system knowledge is an advantage
* IT literacy
* Fluency in Japanese and English
