- A Japan-based manufacturer is seeking an experienced professional to join them in the senior role of Chief Financial Officer. To succeed in this role you will have the ability to use both English & Japanese language skills in a business environment, 2-5 years of financial and management experience, and a BA/MA. This exciting role will see you taking ownership of global finance, accounting, and administrative operations.

Responsibilities:
* Develop finance organizational strategies through the provision of financial and accounting information and analysis, making recommendations to strategic thinking and direction
* Establish finance operational strategies
* Develop organization prospects
* Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identify monetary resources
* Monitor financial performance
* Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
Requirements:
* A BA or MA from an accredited college or university; or equivalent work experience
* The ability to use both Japanese and English language skills in a business environment
* Excellent overall English skills
* Ability and willingness to travel
* 2-5 years of financial and management experience, especially in a controller, CFO, or similar position
