- A global automotive business is searching for a talented Office Manager to join its Finance/HR department and coordinate office operations and procedures, contributing to overall organizational effectiveness and providing support to management. An individual with hands-on experience in HR management and familiarity with financial and managerial accounting would be a perfect fit for this position.

Responsibilities:
* Manage overall accounting, finance, and tax matters
* Partner with the country management team to analyse financial performance (i.e., cash flow) against key business metrics as well as identify potential operational areas of improvement
* Understand and ensure business compliance with local laws
* Manage overall HR operations including communication with the global HR team
* Serve as a local contact point for the HR related system
Requirements:
* Knowledge of financial and managerial accounting - Boki grade 2, BATIC (Bookkeeping and Accounting Test for International Communication), US CPA
* Hands-on experience in human resource management
* Highly detail-oriented
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Advanced MS Excel skills (i.e., VLookup and Pivot Tables)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 850+)
