募集背景
A multinational fashion group is searching for a financial professional to join them as an Analyst, FP&A. In this role, the successful candidate will monitor sales performance against budgets and forecasts and provide analysis to drive business decisions.
仕事内容
Responsibilities:

* Prepare managerial/financial reports and analyse the results with accuracy, timeliness and completeness based on the most updated business situation
* Maintain the monthly forecast and budget by facilitating internal business partners
* Monitor sales, gross margin and store/company profit performance against budget/forecast and recommend timely corrective actions
* Provide financial analysis and insight which is relevant to decision making
* Provide recommendations to enhance business processes and profitability

Requirements:

* 2+ years' working experience in FP&A/accounting department or a finance related function in a multinational company (experience in retail/apparel industry desirable)
* A commercial mindset and technical financial literacy
* CPA and/or MBA desirable
* Written and oral English suitable for overseas communication (TOEIC 800+)
