- Reporting to the General Manager at this global apparel company, the candidate chosen for the role of Omni Channel Director will assume responsibility for managing and running all e-commerce platforms and implementing marketing efforts, mostly digital, to support the sites. This position is a good match for an individual with strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:
* Ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly on-plan revenue and margin performance for the sites
* Manage the company-owned brand EC site and partner sites
* Work closely with marketing, developing marketing efforts-digital advertising, promotions, member solicitation and retention, SEO-to drive sales
* Re-launch company-owned EC site, with added functionalities and content; work with new EC vendors as well as 3PL partners and IT to ensure all back-end functions are integrated
* Ensure the owned EC site is mobile ready and that the mobile app is fully integrated with owned EC site
* Work in conjunction with the retail operations director, developing and executing strategy, driving linkage and synergy between the online and offline business
Requirements:
* Highly self-motivated with the ability to implement tasks proactively
* Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, including financial acumen
* A strong sales background and the ability to manage P&L is a must
* 5-10 years' experience in e-commerce operations with demonstrated revenue achievement
* Experience in the apparel or footwear industry preferred
* Passionate about digital and knowledge of up-and-coming e-commerce trends and tools
