- An international manufacturing company is searching for a market development leader with prior knowledge of animal nutrition processes and products. As the Technical Marketing Manager, you will implement marketing and sales plans that service the needs of customers at this global company.

Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support through training and seminars to the company's sales force, distributors and customers in order to keep them updated on recent market data
* Plan, design, coordinate, implement and monitor the conduct of trials in universities and commercial farms for new products in order to accumulate data or validate existing data
* Plan and execute a yearly sales budget for the designated market and focus products
* Develop and implement marketing programs and tools to support sales in the designated product segment
* Build and maintain a network of scientific contacts world wide to serve customer needs as required; provide independent opinions on the company's products and perform application research on new products
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably master's in animal science (BSc, PhD) or equivalent
* Several years' experience in a market development supervisory or nutritional role within animal feed or health companies
* Knowledge of animal nutrition, production, feed formulation and feed technology
* Ability to work autonomously
* Excellent communication skills; intermediate English
