- An eyewear retailer is searching for a seasoned professional with prior experience in a similar role to join them as Sales Marketing Manager. The top candidate selected for this position will be responsible for developing in-store brand strategy and communication planning, and requires an individual with sales/trade marketing experience and solid communication skills.

Responsibilities:
* Design in-store experience based on brand equity building holistically across sales training, VMD, and in-store promotion
* Develop in-store brand management strategy for the long run
* Develop in-store promotion planning and promotion sales strategy and execution
* Develop in-store communication planning and execution
* Direct shopper research and deepen shopper insights
Requirements:
* Experience in sales/trade marketing; experience in brand marketing a plus
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and innovate in-store marketing activities
* Strong leadership skills
* Written and spoken Japanese and English fluency
* Some domestic and international travel required
