This role is suitable for a candidate with 8 years' automotive experience and an aptitude for networking across engineering decision makers at Japanese OEMs. Chief responsibilities include growing the product line to a global leadership position, engaging with key customer network, and identifying technology and business needs.

Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional team(s) of experts to deliver technologies and products required by customers
* Develop customer-oriented product strategy and develop business opportunities with Japanese OEMs
* Engage with key suppliers and technology providers to drive a market recognized technology leadership position
* Support established sales and profitability goals for each JOEM
* Engage with engineering to define technology roadmap requirements
Requirements:
* An engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
* A minimum of 8 years in the automotive industry
* Interface experience with JOEMs
* A mature network across engineering decision makers at JOEMs
* Strong global leadership skills
* Business level English and Japanese
