Responsibilities:
* Monitor performance KPIs and dashboard for factory
* Monitor cost and allocation (actual, forecast, reporting)
* Lead the value creation process, animate productivity portfolio, and monitor financial impact of all initiatives
* Analyze costs and FTE variances on a monthly basis (v budget and v LY)
* Reforecast operations costs, including risks and opportunities
Requirements:
* Accounting and financial analysis experience
* Legal and tax experience
* Familiarity with information systems
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Strong communication skills
