- A distinguished apparel brand is looking for a Controller (Manufacturing) who will monitor and control factory financials and serve as the business partner of the factory manager, participating in efforts to set up processes and action plans. This multifaceted role requires an individual with solid understanding of local regulations and work experience at a foreign company.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor and control BS PL and cash flow, focusing on working capital management (especially stock and A/P)
* Monitor company product purchase and logistics expenses
* Plan company financials - yearly budgeting and forecast and 3-year plan
* Set up a proper budget control environment
* Perform ad hoc analysis and monitoring alongside product performance
Requirements:
* A university graduate or post graduate
* Financial certification (CPA, financial analyst) a plus
* Sound understanding of local regulations, e.g., accounting standards, internal control
* Experience working at a foreign company and applying international accounting standards
* Experience in manufacturing controlling required (3 years minimum)
* A good command of written and spoken English and fluent Japanese; French is a plus
* Strong IT skills/literacy, including ERP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Hyperion is a plus
