- A multinational e-commerce and IT company is searching for a skilled financial professional with a history of corporate finance success to join them as the Finance Director. In this role, the successful candidate will oversee the financial direction of a major global organization's Japanese operations.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the annual and long range planning processes; interact with vice presidents within finance and operations and identify/track key goals while managing the day to day performance of the overall organization
* Ensure that the organization has the proper financial and operational controls, necessary administrative and reporting procedures and the required information technical and systems in place to effectively grow the organization while ensuring financial strength and operating efficiency
* Partner with many other internal teams to drive performance and controllership at all levels of the organization
* Oversee the Japan operations procurement team, driving world-class purchasing for supplies and other equipment within the fulfilment network
* Continue to build a strong, sustainable organization
Requirements:
* BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, mathematics or a similar field
* 7-10 years' large corporate finance experience with a heavy emphasis on analytics and directing the work of other professionals
* Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details while also seeing and understanding the big picture
* Strong skills accessing and using analytical tools; advanced computer literacy
* Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
