- A global pharmaceutical company is recruiting for the role of HR Business Support Manager, a dynamic role suitable for a professional with an HR background and solid bilingual skills (E/J). Using your strategic communications skills, you will proactively work with the local and global HR community to convert strategy, policy, systems, and tools into the organization.

Responsibilities:
* Provide operational leadership and coordinate administrative, operational, process improvement, and change activities
* Ensure efficiency and reduction of complexity through standardization and the use of best practices
* Ensure the implementation of local laws in relation to HR administrative processes
* Supervise prioritized projects and services in the region; support the project service team
* Act as a mentor and coach for local HR, managing associated staff in line with company values
Requirements:
* A university degree or equivalent, with a focus on HR; or alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience
* Native level Japanese; fluent written and spoken English (TOEIC 830)
* Several years' experience in HR
* People management experience
* Familiarity with HR processes and systems preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
